Are TomKat expecting again. Katie Holmes appeared at the L.A. premiere of her Scientology bud John Travolta’s new movie Hairspray. Katie wore a tight black dress that showed a little bit of a belly bump. It’s probably just a little bit of left over baby fat from her last preggers. She needs to work out a bit when Tom’s away. She should call up David Beckham. He reportedly is known to help out a girl with a little extra curricular activities now and then.
