More than likely he got overly excited banging such a young thing and accidentally shoved his finger up his own ass. Rod reportedly threatened Tommy with his belly if he mistreated her in any way. May-be Tommy got scared and ran away from the real rod man and tripped over his own dickie, or his ego.
