Nicole Richie’s lawyer tried to get her trial on Wednesday postponed but reportedly the judge denied the request. Richie’s lawyer now has to try again tomorrow morning to get the court case shifted to a later date. Reportedly Nicole has flown off to Canada on Tuesday expecting her case to be delayed. If the judge refuses to delay the case tomorrow, Nicole better have her ass back in time or the judge may issue a warrant for her arrest. But I doubt that will happen, but we can always hope.
