Daddy, Daddy, make some money, do some interviews. Amy Winehouse’s dad is getting in on the hey I’m a famous dad don’t you know gravy train. He reportedly said his wino daughter’s marriage is not on the rocks, but the marriage, made in heaven no doubt, is purring along so well that Amy is planning to have a child. Scary stuff indeed. If she can stop cutting up and boozing all the time it might just be a good plan. But if she doesn’t the poor kid would be born with a copious amount of alcohol coursing through his or her veins, not to mention any other drugs. Amy can hardly get to her own gigs lately so anything as serious as having a family is definitely out in outer space. But then her and hubby Blake look like Doerty and Moss clones so far out ludicrous stuff is kind of right up their alley. Whatever the fk that means.
Anyway here is what Dearest Daddy reportedly said, "(Amy and Blake) are thinking of having children soon. She is all caught up in her career at the moment but she often talks about wanting a baby. You just never know what she's going to do next. Amy will probably want to carry on writing and singing so I've told her I would help out with a baby. Her mum Janis and me can fight over who looks after him or her! I wouldn't want Amy to have a nanny, we'll giver her all the help she needs."
